Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end aspects of our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to create robust and user-friendly digital solutions.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Full-cycle development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality web applications, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal user experience.

2. Front-end development: Implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js) to deliver intuitive and interactive designs.

3. Back-end development: Build scalable and secure server-side applications using programming languages like Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js. Develop APIs and integrate with databases (SQL or NoSQL) for efficient data management.

4. Database management: Design, optimize, and manage relational or non-relational databases to support application requirements and ensure data integrity.

5. API development: Create and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs to facilitate seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems.

6. Collaborate and communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the overall product development process.

7. Troubleshooting and debugging: Identify and resolve software defects, performance issues, and other technical problems to ensure smooth application functionality.

8. Stay up to date: Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies to enhance the team's technical capabilities and improve product quality.

9. Documentation and version control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of code, processes, and system architecture. Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code repositories and collaborate effectively with other developers.

Requirements & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past projects.

3. Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).

4. Strong back-end development skills using programming languages like Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js.

5. Experience with database management, both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.

6. Familiarity with API development and integration, including RESTful and GraphQL.

7. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

8. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.

9. Strong collaboration and communication abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
